Another downside is that the tickets have a 2-month expiry, so if you’re busy or forget to redeem them, you lose out. Also, the tickets are only valid for standard movie formats, not the premium ones, which can be a bummer if you’re into those high-end experiences. You also have to meet the spending requirement of ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month to qualify for the tickets, so if you miss the target even slightly, you get nothing. Finally, the redemption process isn’t as smooth as it could be—you receive a coupon code via SMS or can redeem it through Kotak’s net banking, but it can feel a bit clunky.
