I recently applied for an IDFC first credit card and wanted to use it for an international transaction. Is it possible to do so?

Yeah, you can use your IDFC First credit card for international spends, just make sure you’ve enabled international usage in the app.

If it’s just a one-time thing, it’s fine to use, but the 3.5% forex fee can add up. If you’re gonna do this often, check out the Scapia card from Federal Bank. It’s a different bank, but it comes with zero forex markup, which is way better for frequent use abroad.
