I am planning to apply for a student credit card. So if I took education loan in future will student credit card impact my eligibility or ability to secure an education loan in the future?

Student credit card will not negatively impact your chances of getting an education if you use it responsibly by repaying your dues on time, avoiding overspending beyond the credit limit as it will improve your credit score and thus you can get loan at a low interest rate and in favorable terms. Although student credit card alone won’t guarantee loan approval. Other factors like income of co-applicant (typically parents), course type, college reputation, and bank policy also matter.
