In India, lookout for forex charges (3.5%), late payment penalty (₹1,300+) and cash withdrawal fees (3-3.5%) Singapore & UAE have lower forex fees (~3% approx.) but have some high-processing fees on EasyPay EMI options. UK also has late fee punishments and high balance transfer rates. Some global SC cards have an annual fee even if you don’t use the card.
Review the fee structure before applying and avoid cash withdrawals or missed payments to steer clear of hidden costs.
