I work in private sector and get 50,000 salary per month. I was looking to get a HDFC credit card upon seeing many offers online. Which credit card will be the best for me? I don’t want any luxury spends for this card, just everyday bills/payments sorted. Please suggest.
You can opt for HDFC Freedom Credit Card (MMI- 12000), HDFC MoneyBack Credit Card (MMI - 20000), Millenia Credit Card (MMI- 35,000) etc. These are quite popular under your income bracket. You should be of minimum 21 years old to be eligible. HDFC charges an annual fee of Rs 500 on any of the above cards which is waived if you spent 50,000 in the year. This is only based on income criteria, eligibility differs for each factor.

Credit Card - Apply for Credit Card & Get Instant Approval | HDFC Bank > Everyday Rewards Credit Card
With a ₹50,000 monthly salary, the HDFC Millennia card actually makes a lot of sense if you’re looking for everyday perks without feeling too fancy. It gives you 5% cashback on things like online shopping, food delivery, and streaming, plus 1% on almost everything else. You also get quarterly gift vouchers if you spend enough. The annual fee is low and it’s waived if you hit a reasonable spend, so you don’t feel stuck with a useless card. Since your income and credit score are solid, approval should be smooth and it’s a great way to rack up rewards on stuff you’re already paying for every month. Just pay it off on time and you’ll build credit and earn perks without breaking a sweat.
