Hey! You’re not the only one facing this a lot of iOS users who recently updated their ICICI iMobile Pay app are saying the same thing: the iShop option is missing even after the update.
Right now, it looks like the feature rollout is gradual and possibly server-side controlled, which means ICICI might be enabling it region-wise or account-wise instead of pushing it live for everyone at once. That’s why Android users can already see Loans & More → Shopping → iShop, while iPhone users still only see the “Loans” tab without “More.”
Here’s what you can try
- Force close and reopen the app, then check again under Loans & More.
- Make sure your app version is the latest one from the App Store (sometimes iOS shows “update available” a few hours later).
- If it’s still missing, log out and log back in this refreshes server-linked modules.
- If none of that works, it’s best to wait a day or two most likely, ICICI will push the feature for all iOS devices through a backend update.
Basically, there’s nothing wrong on your end it’s just that the iShop feature hasn’t gone live for all iOS users yet. Keep your app updated, and you should see it soon under Loans & More → Shopping.
