I recently came across the IndusInd Tiger Credit Card, it’s promoted as a lifetime‑free card offering accelerated reward points (convertible to air‑miles), lounge access, golf privileges, and movie tickets. Does it need a referral or invitation? What are the eligibility requirements, how do you apply, and how smooth is the process?
One of my friends recently made an application on this card and stated that he did not have any trouble in being approved because his salary and credit score were at the recommended levels. In particular, he indicated that there was no requirement to have a referral, and the procedure was digital and simple.
IndusInd Tiger Credit Card Eligibility Criteria:
- Needs to be a citizen of India and between 21 and 65 years old
- Should possess a regular monthly net income of 20000 (and 30000+ if self employed).
- Credit score that is in range between 700 and 900
- There is no need of referral or invite to be done
- They will also take into account income stability and can enquire about financial stability or work stability/ history
How to Apply for the IndusInd Tiger Credit Card Online:
- Visited IndusInd Bank site and searched the page with the name of the card,IndusInd Tiger Credit Card, and pressed apply on the page
- Submitted the basic details such as PAN, mobile number, email, and income
- e-KYC was done immediately
- submitted 2 of the last 2 months salary slips and a bank statement of the last 3 months
- Send a copy of passport-size photo (digital)
- There was no necessity to go to any of its branches-it did everything on-line
Documents Required for IndusInd Tiger Credit Card:
when applying online, they requested the following:
- PAN Card
- Aadhaar Card (id and address proof)
- The two recent payslips
- Last 3 months Bank statement
- A digital upload of one passport size photograph.
Approval Process and Card Delivery for IndusInd Tiger Credit Card:
Confirmations in the documentation were made a day after and it took a span of 2 working days to be approved
Physical card reached in less than 6 days time once approved and Application status could be tracked in the website under your mobile number or application ID
