Common HDFC PayZapp Login Issues & Quick Fixes
1. OTP Not Received?
Check your network, restart the phone, and ensure your number is active and registered. Disable DND or SMS blockers if needed.
2. App Crashing or Not Opening
Update the app, clear cache/data from settings, or reinstall. If it still fails, try logging in from another device.
3. “Invalid Mobile Number” Error
Make sure you’re using the number linked to PayZapp. On dual SIM phones, ensure the correct SIM is active for verification.
4. Incorrect PIN / Forgot PIN
Tap “Forgot PIN” on the login screen, verify with OTP, and reset your 4-digit PIN in seconds.
5. Biometric Not Working?
Disable and re-enable biometric in settings. If it keeps failing, switch to PIN login instead.
If you’re facing login issues with PayZapp, try updating the app, clearing the cache, or switching to a different network. If that doesn’t help, uninstall and reinstall the app.
