Generally, The best time to post on Instagram is considered after 7pm. But you can check in your professional dashboard - when your audience is active - which day, what time. and you can plan your posts accordingly.
if you are a new creator - My suggestion would be to do atleast two posts a day - one in the morning and other after 7pm. Just try to be consistent in the initial days of your content creation journey instead of chasing perfection.

hi honestly, there’s no on particular time, but late evenings between 7–10 PM usually work best when most people are done with work and scrolling. Try posting around 9 PM midweek, it’s that time when engagement peaks and your reel has a better chance of working
