I had already spent and later they reduced. My last transaction was on Saturday, and after that I was unable to do any transaction. I was aware I had more than enough limit to do any transaction. Then checked the details on the app on Sunday Morning and saw that the limit was reduced. Later that evening I got an SMS saying that the limit has been reduced. Till today I haven’t received any explanation from them over mail.
Same way they reduced my limit too, for paying on time and maintaining good credit score. Lucky that I wasn’t out near to that over limit, while they did that.
