So here’s my situation - I booked my Europe flights 2 months ago during a crazy sale (saved like ₹30k, couldn’t resist!). But being the procrastinator I am, I completely forgot about travel insurance until now.
My trip is in 3 weeks and I’m suddenly panicking. Some websites are saying you MUST buy travel insurance within 24-48 hours of booking, others say you can buy it anytime before travel.
Also seeing some policies that say “pre-existing trip cancellation” coverage is only available if you buy within X days of booking. Does this mean I can’t get trip cancellation coverage at all now?
