Yes, you can convert HDFC Bank credit card transactions into EMIs using the SmartEMI service. You can apply for SmartEMI online or at the point of sale.

How to apply for SmartEMI online

  1. Log in to your HDFC NetBanking account
  2. Click on Cards
  3. Go to Transactions and select SmartEMI
  4. Select the card and go to unbilled transactions
  5. Choose Debit for transaction type and click on View
  6. Check the box against the purchase that you want to convert into EMI
  7. Click on Confirm
  8. Choose the tenure and the associated interest rate and confirm
