Yes, the HSBC Premier Credit Card offers complimentary access to over 1,400 airport lounges worldwide. Additionally you receive 8 international guest visits which is great imo if you’re traveling with companions.

HSBC Premier is probably the best credit card in India in terms of lounge access perks. You could get unlimited visits to domestic and international lounges. Not only this, you could bring 1 guest with you 8 times in a calendar year.

Seems like a no brainer to get if you are a frequent traveller and if you are eligible for this card.

Along with the unlimited lounge visits, what I love about the HSBC premier card is the range of lounges nationally and internationally that it supports. I guess this is one of the widest networks of lounges by any credit card in India. Also, this card supports both, mastercard and visa network for lounge network access

The HSBC Premier Credit Card is available exclusively to HSBC Premier banking customers.
Joining fee of ₹12,000 and an annual renewal fee of ₹20,000, these fees are waived if you meet the HSBC Premier eligibility criteria.

Domestic Lounge Access:

Entry is granted upon successful card authorization at the lounge’s electronic terminal. A nominal pre-authorization charge (e.g., ₹25) may be applied for validation but is not debited from your account.

International Lounge Access:

Primary cardholders are entitled to 8 complimentary lounge visits per year for guests at participating overseas airport lounges.
This guest access benefit is exclusive to primary cardholders; supplementary cardholders do not have additional guest privileges.

The HSBC Premier Credit Card offers unlimited complimentary access to select domestic and international airport lounges for primary cardholders. Additionally, cardholders receive eight complimentary guest visits to international lounges per card anniversary year. Therefore, there is no quarterly limit on lounge access for the primary cardholder; the unlimited access is available throughout the year.

I also have the same card, and yeah, it totally comes with free lounge access, been using it all the time. You get unlimited visits at both domestic and international airports, no hidden drama. Just show the card with your boarding pass, and boom, you’re in.

They also give you 8 free guest visits per year for international lounges, which is pretty sweet if you’re traveling with someone. I’ve taken a friend along a couple of times and never had any issues, just gotta keep count if you plan to keep doing that.

But man, domestic lounges? That’s a whole different game. It’s like the card suddenly forgets your friends exist. You get unlimited access for yourself, sure, but your buddy? Nah. Unless they’ve got their own card, they’re stuck outside scrolling Instagram while you’re inside sipping free coffee and eating paneer puffs like royalty. Total solo mission.
