Yes. Coral Credit card does offer lounge access once per quarter but it is a spend based eligibility and you must have spent at least INR 75k in the previous quarter through your credit card.
Wow. The eligibility seems a little steep specially because coral is an entry level credit card and not many people would have that kind of spend.
