Yes, you are eligible to apply for SBI Student Plus Advantage Card as you took education loan from SBI bank. You don’t need to pay annual fee or joining fee .

It does not charges annual fee or joining, second year renewal fee is Rs. 500 but gets waived if the spending during the previous year exceed Rs. 35,000, It aso charges late payment fee, Fee for Cheque Dishonor or Returns, Overlimit Fee, Foreign CurrencyTransaction Fees.
