What happens if I do not redeem my CashPoints?

:small_blue_diamond: Lapse Risk: If your card is inactive for 365+ days, points will be forfeited.

CashPoints Validity

  • CashPoints on HDFC Millennia Credit Card are valid for 2 years (24 months) from the date of earning.
  • Unredeemed points will automatically expire after 2 years and cannot be restored.

Consequences of Not Redeeming

  • Loss of Value: Expired CashPoints cannot be used for cashback, flight bookings, or shopping.
  • No Automatic Conversion: HDFC does not auto-redeem CashPoints— you must manually redeem them via NetBanking, PayZapp, or customer care.
