I want to make sure my Kotak credit card bill is paid on time without any delays. I have a savings account with another bank, so I’m wondering if I can still pay my Kotak credit card bill through NEFT, UPI, or any third-party platforms. Also, how long does it take for each method to reflect the payment? If I make a last-minute payment, which option is the fastest?
If you have a Kotak account, the easiest way is through Kotak Net Banking or the Kotak mobile app. Just log in, go to the Credit Card section, and you’ll find the payment option. I personally use the auto-debit feature, so I don’t have to worry about due dates. It deducts the full amount or the minimum due automatically on the due date—super convenient if you don’t want to track it manually.
If you don’t have a Kotak account, you can still pay via BillDesk, NEFT, or UPI. I’ve used NEFT from my HDFC account, and it usually gets credited within a few hours (just make sure to use your credit card number as the payee account number). For UPI, you can use apps like Google Pay or PhonePe and pay using the bill payments section—Kotak’s credit cards are listed there.
One thing to remember: If you’re paying last-minute, Kotak takes up to 24-48 hours to reflect payments from external banks, so it’s better to pay 2-3 days before the due date to avoid late fees. If you need the payment to reflect instantly, the Kotak mobile app or net banking is your best bet.

Go to Credit Cards.
