You can track the status of an Axis Bank credit card application online, by phone, or by visiting a branch.

Online

  1. Go to the Axis Bank website
  2. Click Products
  3. Select Cards
  4. Select Apply online for Credit Cards
  5. Select Track your Application
  6. Enter your application ID and mobile number

By phone

  1. Call Axis Bank’s credit card department at 1860-419-5555 or 1860-500-5555
  2. If you’re calling from outside India, call +91-22-67987700

By visiting a branch

  1. Visit any Axis Bank branch
  2. Bring your application ID
