Immediately call HSBC Premier customer service or use the HSBC Mobile App to block the card and request a replacement.
- Online Card Blocking
Open the HSBC India Mobile App or HSBC Net Banking and log in.
Choose “Manage Cards”
“Report Lost/Stolen Card” should be selected.
To block, adhere to the directions.
If you use a different bank, sign in to the app or online and search for the security or card management area.

Call +91 40 6126 8002 (international) or 1860 108 7788 (India), and either talk to a salesperson or follow the IVR.
For other banks, contact the customer service hotline of your bank.
- Go to the Closest Branch
Bring identification to the closest branch of your bank and ask for immediate blocking.
- Ask for a New Card
Request a new card from the bank via the app, online, or customer service after it has been blocked.
