I’ve earned some points but have no idea how many I actually have. Where can I check my balance, and do these points expire after a certain period if I don’t use them?

The easiest way to check your Taj InnerCircle points balance and expiry date is through the Taj website or mobile app. Just log in to your Taj InnerCircle account, and you’ll see your total points, recent transactions, and when your points will expire.

If you prefer, you can also check by calling Taj InnerCircle customer care or by asking at the front desk during a stay at any Taj hotel. They can give you a detailed breakdown of your available points, pending points, and expiry timeline.

If you’re close to losing points, just make any small earning or redemption, like booking a meal at a Taj restaurant, and it’ll reset the expiry for another 12 months!

There are few ways you could check your Taj InnerCircle (TIC) points balance and the expiry date of the points.

  1. Taj Hotels Website – Sign in to your InnerCircle account to check your points balance and expiry information on the official website of Taj Hotels.

  2. Taj App – You can download the Taj app, sign in, and view your points in the rewards section.

  3. Customer Support — Call or email Taj InnerCircle support, and they will tell you your balance.

If there have been no transactions in your account, however, TIC points will expire after a 12month period.

There are few ways to check your Taj InnerCircle points balance and expiry date which is now integrated into the NeuPass Program:

1. Through Tata Neu App or website:
Log in to the Tata Neu app or website using the mobile no. that is associated with Taj Innercircle account.
To view NeuCoins balance, you have to visit to the homepage and it will be displayed there.
To check the expiry date, NeuCoins expire 365 days after your last eligible transaction involving using NeuCoins. To keep them active, make sure that you have at least one qualifying activity within this period.

2. Through Taj Hotel website:
Log in to the Taj Hotels website and sign in to your account.
To access NeuPass dashboard, navigate to the NeuPass section to view your points balance and other membership details.

I made a small redemption using my Taj InnerCircle points which were going to expire soon and fortunately the expiry timeline got reset
now i can collect more of them to make a bigger booking
