How do I enable the Priority Pass that comes with Infinia?

I received Infinia card about 2 months back. It came with the Priority Pass. I have a flight trip planned soon and want to use the Priority Pass.

I activated the card after following the instructions given in this link - Activation l Priority Pass | Priority Pass
I do not see my card details as shown in the screenshot at the end of this article. How do I confirm that it is activated and I can use it?

FWIW, I’m looking to access 080 Domestic Lounge at BLR Terminal 1. TIA.

I don’t think the card needs to be activated. It comes pre activated. I don’t think it’s visible in the app.

If you’re an HDFC Bank Infinia Credit Cardholder and want to activate your Priority Pass membership, here’s how you can do it:

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Priority Pass membership:

• Complete 4 billed transactions on your Infinia Credit Card within the last 60 days.

• Once you’ve met this requirement, you can proceed to activate your membership.

Activation Process

  1. Online Application:

• Visit the https://www.hdfcbank.com/personal/resources/learning-centre/pay/how-to-activate-priority-pass

• Fill out the online application form with your details.

  1. Receiving Your Card:

After processing, a physical Priority Pass card will be mailed to your registered address.

  1. Digital Access:

You can also access your membership digitally through the Priority Pass app, which provides features like lounge information, visit history, and more.

Using Your Priority Pass

Accessing Lounges:

• Present your Priority Pass card or use the digital version via the app at participating airport lounges.

• Lounge access is complimentary for both primary and add-on cardholders for a specified number of visits per calendar year.

Guest Policy:

Guests accompanying you may be charged a fee per visit, which will be billed to your credit card statement.
