How can I switch to receiving my statements electronically?
You can register for e-statements for your Axis Bank Atlas Credit Card by using the Axis Bank website, mobile banking app, or by visiting a branch.
Online Log in to your account on the Axis Bank website, Click My Profile, Go to Contact Details Update, Update your email address, and E-statement registration will happen automatically.
Mobile banking
- Log in to the Axis Bank mobile banking app
- Go to the Credit Cards section
- Select the credit card for which you want to request e-statements
In person
- Visit the nearest Axis Bank branch
- Submit a request for e-statement registration
By phone
- Call the Axis Bank Phone Banking Centre at 1860-419-5555 or 1860-500-5555
E-statements are free and can be accessed anytime and anywhere. You can search for emails from Axis Bank in your inbox and spam folders. Once you find the email, you can download and save the attachment to your device.
