The Supreme Court has repeatedly held that pension matters directly affect the right to life, and urgent issues can always be placed before an Honourable Judge, even during vacations.
So please highlight this point to the Bank: when the HRMS portal is inaccessible, especially after the death of a pensioner, the Bank must provide a workable alternative. You should be allowed to email CGM HR directly and get support without delay.
