How to check HDFC credit card balance and available limit in app?

I usually check my HDFC credit card limits from the app, but I sometimes get confused between ‘total limit’ and ‘available limit’. How can I clearly see my balance and available limit in the HDFC Mobile Banking app?

I was wondering the same thing last week when I needed to check my HDFC credit card balance and available limit easily. Turns out, it’s really easy to do this through the HDFC Mobile Banking app or PayZapp.

How to check HDFC credit card balance and available limit in app

Using HDFC Mobile Banking app

  1. Log in to the app : Open the HDFC Mobile Banking app and log in using your 4-digit PIN or fingerprint.

  2. Go to the Cards section : Tap on “Pay” and then select “Cards”.

  3. View your credit card details : You will see your primary credit card number followed by details including your current balance, available credit limit, and unbilled transactions. If you have multiple cards, swipe left or right to view details of each card.

Using PayZapp

  1. Log in to PayZapp : Open the PayZapp app and log in using your registered mobile number.

  2. Go to Cards : Tap on “Cards” on the home screen.

  3. Select your HDFC credit card : If you haven’t added your card yet, tap on “Add New” and enter the card number, expiry date, and cardholder name.

  4. View your balance and limit : Once your card is added, you can view your total and available credit limit, the minimum amount due, and the total amount due.
