1.) Website-
Visit the insurer official website and log in with your policy number, registered phone number, or email ID. Next, you need to enter your Policy Number/Mobile/Email ID and click on Continue or Check Status.
2.) E-mail-
Send an email at You can email the insurance company to request your policy document or get an update on your policy status. Just include details such as the policyholder’s name, policy number, and registered mobile number in your message.
3.) Customer care number-
Call the insurance provider’s toll-free customer care number, which is available on their official website. Share your policy number (if available) or provide the policyholder’s name and registered contact number to request an update on the policy status.
