My Bank of Baroda current account turned into this useless money pit that just sat there doing absolutely nothing while they grabbed fees every month. I hadn’t used the stupid thing in like a year and a half but they kept helping themselves to my cash like I owed them rent or something.
Got so annoyed watching them take money for nothing that I finally decided to put an end to it.

480 rupees total when they finished adding every little fee they could think of. Paying someone to stop robbing you feels pretty backwards but whatever.

Calling first saved me from driving there like a moron without the right papers. Going on a random Wednesday meant I didn’t stand behind fifty angry people. Writing down that reference number was smart because they kept forgetting stuff.
My Real Take on It

Bank of Baroda acts like they’re doing you some huge favor but makes leaving feel like escaping from prison. The whole circus reminded me why I stick with banks that actually function in this century.
