How to download Axis Bank statement in Excel format?

I have an Axis Bank savings account and often need my account statement for tracking monthly expenses. Can I download my Axis Bank statement in Excel format directly from internet banking or the Axis Mobile app, instead of just PDF?

Axis Bank allows you to download your account statement not just in PDF, but also in Excel (XLS/CSV) format through Internet Banking. This makes it easier to manage and analyze your monthly expenses in spreadsheets.

Steps via Axis Bank Internet Banking:

  1. Log in to Axis Bank Internet Banking with your Customer ID and password.

  2. Go to the ‘Accounts’ section.

  3. Select ‘View/Download Statement’.

  4. Choose the account and date range.

  5. Select the file format (Excel/CSV/PDF) as per your requirement.

  6. Click Download – your statement will be saved in Excel format.

Via Axis Mobile App:

Currently, the Axis Mobile app mostly allows you to download statements in PDF format. For Excel statements, Internet Banking is the better option.
