In India, SC grants a fee waiver if you spend a set sum yearly (e.g. ₹3L+ for SC Ultimate). Some premium customers receive lifetime free cards via special invites. Internationally (Singapore, UAE, UK), waivers depend on your bank ties. In Singapore, if you use SGD 30K+ fees may disappear. In UAE, premium bank customers receive free cards.
India has more spend based waivers, while other countries target premium bank customers.
