I’ve been getting a “device not registered” error while trying to log in, how do I fix this issue inside the HDFC Mobile Banking app?

  • Open the HDFC Mobilebanking app and tap on Register Device when the message appears.

  • Now enter your customer I’d.

  • After this you’ll receive an OTP on your registered mobile number.

  • Enter the otp to verify and your device will be successfully registered.

  • Log in again with your password or Quick Access PIN.
