I recently applied for an HSBC credit card in India, and I’m trying to figure out how to check the status of my application. Do I need a reference number to track it, or can I use just my mobile number or PAN?
You can check your HSBC’s credit card status in various ways-
1.) Call HSBC customer service:
You can call at +91 40 6126 8002 to track your credit card update.
2.) Visit an HSBC branch:
Visit nearest bank’s branch to check your credit card application status.
3.) SMS notifications:
To keep you updated on the status, HSBC will send you SMS on your registered phone number.
If you’ve applied for an HSBC credit card in India, you can track the status pretty easily. The bank provides an online application tracker on their official site where you can check the status using either your application reference number or your registered mobile number and PAN.
Just head to the HSBC India website, look for the credit card section, and you’ll find the “Track Application Status” option. Enter the required details and it’ll show whether your application is in process, approved, dispatched, or declined.
If you didn’t get an application number, you can still call HSBC customer care and check the status by giving them your registered mobile number and basic details. They’ll let you know where things stand.
