I recently applied for the SBI Simply Save Credit Card and completed the online application process. While I received a reference number, I haven’t heard back yet. I want to make sure everything is on track. Can someone guide me on how to check the status of my SBI Simply Save Credit Card application, both online and offline?

Online Methods to Track SBI Simply Save Credit Card Status:

1. Via SBI Card Official Website::

  • Visit www.sbicard.com.

  • Go to the home page where you will find, usually in the top menu at the point labeled, Track Application.

  • Now enter in your Application Reference Number or Form Number (you would have received this during or after application) and your Date of Birth.

  • Just click on the Track icon and you get the status right away.

2. Using SBI Card Mobile App:

  • Download it and use registered mobile number to login.

  • You should go to ‘Services’ and choose ‘Application Status’.

  • The app will show you the up to date application status of your card.

3. Through SMS & Email Updates:

  • SBI usually provides regular communication through SMS and email when an applicant has submitted his/her application. Simply beware of any messages you receive in your inbox and checking account in the emails of any message with the “SBICARD” or other similar addresses.

  • Select which type of credit cards services to use.

  • Visit the local branch of SBI.

  • Do not forget to carry a valid ID proof and application reference number.
