• Go to the My policies or dashboard section, here you can select th3 specific insurance policy which you want to change or add a nominee.
• Search for an option called Nominee or Update nominee.
• Now enter the nominee’s name, DOB and relationship.
• You may require to give details of nominee’s address and contact number too.
• Confirm the nominee details and submit the request. The app may ask you to upload a scanned copy of the nominee’s ID (like Aadhar or Passport) for verification.
Once submitted, you should see a confirmation in the app or via email. Your insurer may take a few days to process the change.
