To provide a little context, recently I changed my salary account from ICICI to HDFC bank, so that I can get may be LTF Millenia or some other good card. The agent whose help I took in HDFC did not respond to my calls after my first month salary credited. So I decided to apply on my own and applied for pre-approved Tata neu infinity CC and wrote a mail to greivance asking to make the card LTF, they rejected. Today, I received the physical card, and I see there is a priority pass included in it.
