I recently saw the SBI Max Card PRIME—it’s described as a premium shopping and lounge credit card with Landmark store rewards, milestone points, and Priority Pass access. Does it require a referral or invitation? What are the eligibility norms, application steps, and how straightforward is the process?

Having gone through some users experience on the internet, I realized that approval is mostly determined by the ability to fulfill all the requirements which are laid out. Therefore, I did not take any risks and submitted an application only after checking the eligibility, which happened a month ago.

SBI Max Card PRIME Eligibility Criteria:

  • He or she must be an Indian citizen, and must be between the ages of 21 and 60 years in age

How to Apply for the SBI Max Card PRIME Online:

  • Visited SBI Card site and searched the page with the name of the card, SBI Max Card PRIME, and pressed apply on the page
  • Submitted the basic details such as PAN, mobile number, email, and income
  • e-KYC was done immediately
  • submitted 2 of the last 2 months salary slips and a bank statement of the last 3 months
  • Send a copy of passport-size photo (digital)
  • There was no necessity to go to any of its branches-it did everything on-line

Documents Required for SBI Max Card PRIME:

when applying online, they requested the following:

  • PAN Card
  • Aadhaar Card (id and address proof)
  • The two recent payslips
  • Last 3 months Bank statement
  • A digital upload of one passport size photograph.

Approval Process and Card Delivery for SBI Max Card PRIME:

Confirmations in the documentation were made a day after and it took a span of 2 working days to be approved
Physical card reached in less than 6 days time once approved and Application status could be tracked in the website under your mobile number or application ID
