I recently came to know about Ola Money Credit Card by SBI which is attached to cashback on Ola rides and transaction on the app. Is it referral or invited? What is the eligibility process, how to apply and how easy is the approval?

My co-worker has gone through the application this year and said that income and credit score is what determines unless you have evidence of debt or possession a certain amount of money on a property.

SBI Ola Money Credit Card Eligibility Criteria:

  • He or she must be an Indian citizen, and must be between the ages of 21 and 60 years in age

  • Earns not less than 8-12 lakh rupees a year

  • My credit score was rated at 745 and I did not have a problem with the application approval process

  • There is no referral or invitation needed

  • They do take into account the extent of stability of incomes: they can ask you to provide employment history or job continuity data

How to Apply for the SBI Ola Money Credit Card Online:

The complete application procedure was done on the official site of SBI Card. It was fast and did not involve the use of paperwork. Following steps were taken:

  • Visited SBI Card site and searched the page with the name of the card, SBI Ola Money Credit Card, and pressed apply on the page

  • Submitted the basic details such as PAN, mobile number, email, and income

  • e-KYC was done immediately

  • submitted 2 of the last 2 months salary slips and a bank statement of the last 3 months

  • Send a copy of passport-size photo (digital)

  • There was no necessity to go to any of its branches-it did everything on-line

Documents Required for SBI Ola Money Credit Card:

when applying online, they requested the following:

  • PAN Card
  • Aadhaar Card (id and address proof)
  • The two recent payslips
  • Last 3 months Bank statement
  • A digital upload of one passport size photograph.

Approval Process and Card Delivery for SBI Ola Money Credit Card:

Confirmations in the documentation were made a day after and it took a span of 2 working days to be approved
Physical card reached in less than 6 days time once approved and Application status could be tracked in the website under your mobile number or application ID
