I heard about the SBI SimplyCLICK Advantage Credit Card, it’s a card designed for online shopping enthusiasts, offering accelerated reward points on partnered e‑commerce platforms and other online spends. How easy is the online application process? What are the eligibility criteria, and do I need any referral?

One of my friends has recently requested to be issued with such a card and he cited that he had no difficulties as far as his income and credit rating are based and their levels matched the norms. He particularly stated that there was not any need of a referral, but everything was digital and easy.

  • Must be an Indian citizen and between the ages of 21-70 years
  • should have a stable income of ₹20,000–25,000 monthly (or ₹3–4 lakh annually for self‑employed).
  • The credit score around 700-750 or above is preferable.
  • No invitation, no referral necessary
  • History of income can be checked particularly in case of salaried applicants

How to Apply for the SBI SimplyCLICK Advantage Credit Card Online:

  • Go to SBI bank credit card site or open the SBI app.
  • Choose SimplyCLICK Advantage Credit Card and press the Apply Now button
  • Enter PAN, Aadhaar linked mobile number, employment and income
  • Full video KYC (normally demanded)
  • Apply online by submitting necessary papers and complete application process

Documents Required for SBI SimplyCLICK Advantage Credit Card:

You may be required to submit:

  • PAN Card
  • Aadhaar Card (id and address proof)
  • The two recent payslips
  • Last 3 months Bank statement
  • A digital upload of one passport size photograph.

Documental confirmations were done the next following day and the process of approval took a period of 2 working days
The Physical card took less than 6 days time after approval and the status of Application could be monitored on the web site on the basis of your mobile number or application ID
