Hi, I will be travelling to USA this June for an internship and I saw a Credit Card called NX Wave Credit Card by Yes Bank, it has no Markup Fee for transactions in USD. It isnt prepaid and just like a credit card, is it a good card to take with me there? My dad will be getting the card and get an add on card for me. Help needed!!
I have used it in US - worked perfectly everywhere! It’s a good card. You can consider this or AU IXIGO.

I don’t bother with forex card or HDFC - hate them both lol. Makes no sense to me to have another cards when I can just use credit cards online and on POS that way. For cash withdrawals I use SBI DC which is zero forex.
I don’t think I need much cash… what about IDFC Mayura Card?
Not worth it. Rewards are bad and for that paying 7k doesn’t make any sense when you have LTF zero forex cards.
Sadly I just realised AU IXIGO stopped issuing in Tamilnadu/Chennai… any other alternative for it?
Then consider Yes Uni NX bro instead of paying hefty fees just to get forex card. Yes Bank gives card easily with good limit if you have good cibil score & history.

Bro Yes Uni NX is operated by yes bank, their app to control and view stuff, they decide the limit, support is with them. Except application process Uni doesn’t do anything. You do you though! Personally I wouldn’t pay for zero forex 3k or 7k and go with mediocre cards when someone offering same is LTF.
