So you want to transfer your PPF account from one bank to another. Okay so you will need to have these doucments with yourself:

You need to have PPF transfer application form, it will be available at the branch.

You will need your PPF passbook.

Also, don’t forget to have KYC documents such as Aadhaar, PAN or any valid ID proof.

Keep your address proof if not already linked.

Passport size photographs as some banks ask for this.
