I use SBI Net Banking regularly to download my account statements for tracking expenses. Before I proceed, I want to know – in what formats does SBI provide bank statements? Can I download them only in PDF, or is Excel/CSV also available?
State Bank of India (SBI) gives you flexibility when it comes to downloading your bank statements through Net Banking. You are not restricted to just one format. Depending on your need, you can download your statement in PDF, Excel, or CSV format.
Steps to Download in Desired Format:
1. Log in to SBI Internet Banking.
2. Go to the ‘My Accounts & Profile’ tab.
3. Click on ‘Account Statement’.
4. Select your account number and choose the desired date range.
5. At the bottom, you will see options to download in PDF, Excel, or CSV format.
6. Click Go → Your statement will be generated in the chosen format.
Why This Is Helpful:
PDF: Best for official use, printing, or sharing.
Excel/CSV: Useful if you want to track expenses, filter, or analyze data in spreadsheets.
