I forgot my SBI HRMS user ID/password and couldn’t log in, has anyone else faced this? How did you recover your account or reset your credentials successfully?
I was also checking this because many of us forget the login details and we need the salary slip or pension paper quickly.
What should I do if I forgot my SBI HRMS user id or password?

Open the login page: Type hrms.bank.sbi in your browser and press enter.

Click “Forgot Password”: This link is below the login box. If you remember your user id, type it. If you forgot it, look at any old salary slip or form sixteen, the pf index is printed there.

Get the otp: Choose your registered mobile or email, enter the six-digit code that arrives, and press “verify”.

Make a new password: Type a new password two times and press “reset”. The page will say “password changed”.

Log in again: Go back, enter your pf index and new password, key in the fresh otp, and click “login”. You are inside.

If it does not work: Send an email to [email protected] from your registered email and write your pf index. They will reply with the correct user id or unlock the account.
