Why was my FTI-TTP registration rejected?

I tried applying for the Trusted Traveller Programme but my application was rejected. What could be the possible reasons and how can I fix it?

FTI-TTP applications are usually rejected for these reasons:

  • Unclear or invalid photo (not recent, wrong background, low resolution).
  • Incorrect proof of address (Aadhaar not accepted, or expired bills uploaded).
  • Mismatch in passport details (typos in name, date of birth, etc.).
  • ECR passport holder (ineligible category).

How to fix:

  • Re-upload clear, valid documents as per requirements.
  • Double-check all details match exactly with your passport.
  • If rejected for ECR passport, unfortunately you’re not eligible until you upgrade your passport category.
